Learn practical breathing skills for warm-ups, pad work, bag work, sparring and clinching through a simple six-week program created specifically for Muay Thai athletes.
One training situation.
One breathing focus. One week to practise it.
One-time payment. Immediate course access.
You can be fit, strong and technically capable, but still lose control of your breathing when training becomes demanding.
You may hold your breath while concentrating, gasp after combinations, tense your jaw and shoulders under pressure or struggle to recover between exchanges.
It does not mean you are failing.
It means breathing is another skill that needs to be practised.
Breathe Under Pressure gives you simple breathing cues connected to real Muay Thai situations, so you are not trying to remember complicated techniques while someone is throwing punches at you.
This is not a relaxation course dressed up in boxing gloves.
Breathe Under Pressure teaches you how to notice and adjust your breathing while moving, striking, defending, recovering and managing close physical pressure.
You will learn how to:
Recognise when you are holding your breath
Use breathing as an easy-effort pacing tool
Connect short exhales with individual strikes
Reduce unnecessary jaw and shoulder tension
Reset your breathing between combinations and exchanges
Choose whether you need to settle or activate before training
Maintain continuous breathing during sparring and clinching
Adjust safely when your body needs more air
The goal is not perfect breathing.
The goal is to build a breathing response that remains useful when the pace and pressure increase.

Begin with quiet nasal breathing during daily movement, walking and genuinely easy running. Learn a comfortable three-step inhale and three-step exhale while recognising when your body needs you to adjust.
Use a comfortable longer exhale during stretching, then connect one short, controlled exhale with each strike during shadow boxing.
Check your starting state before training. Use gentle box breathing when you feel anxious or overstimulated, or a short beginner round of Breath of Fire when you genuinely feel flat or under-activated.
Connect a short exhale with punches, kicks, knees and elbows during pads and bag work without emptying your lungs or disrupting your technique.
Keep your breath moving while managing defence, distance and decisions. Practise exhaling on action, releasing unnecessary tension and resetting between exchanges.
Learn how to maintain a small continuous breath under close pressure, exhale during effort and recover during posture resets or when creating space.

Mylee is a professional Muay Thai fighter and certified Breathwork, NLP, Mindset and Performance Coach.
Through Combat Breathwork Solutions, she combines practical breathwork education with real experience of training, fighting and managing pressure inside the gym.
This program was created because breathing is often overlooked until an athlete is exhausted, overwhelmed or already holding their breath.
Mylee’s approach is simple: learn the skill at a technical pace, understand where it belongs and practise it until it becomes easier to use under pressure.
