I help people break the cycles of stress, burnout, anxiety, self-sabotage, and survival mode through breathwork, nervous system work, and mindset coaching.

This work is not about quick fixes.

This is about learning how to work with your body, your breath, and your mind so you can feel clearer, stronger, more grounded, and more in control.

I don’t do fluffy motivation, surface-level hacks, or empty mindset talk.

I help people create real change from the inside out using breathwork, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and mindset coaching that actually meets them where they are.

My background

For over two decades, I worked in the social housing sector, supporting vulnerable individuals through some of the hardest chapters of their lives.

I helped people rebuild from the ground up, secure stable housing, access support, and find hope when life felt completely hopeless.

That chapter taught me everything about resilience, humanity, and what it truly means to start over.

But as my life evolved, so did my purpose.

Today, I’m a certified Breathwork, NLP, and Performance Coach, bringing together professional training, lived experience, and a grounded, holistic approach to healing and change.

Why this work is personal

For most of my life, I didn’t know I had severe ADHD.

I battled addiction, major depression, anxiety, unhealthy coping patterns, and buried trauma, all while trying to perform as an athlete, keep working, and hold everything together.

On the outside, it looked like I was handling it.

On the inside, it was chaos.

So I did what a lot of high-functioning people do when they’re falling apart.

  • I trained harder.

  • I worked more.

  • I read the books.

  • I journaled.

  • I pushed through.

  • I tried to stay positive.

  • I tried to live with purpose.

But none of that changed the fact that my nervous system was running the show.

No matter how disciplined, fit, focused, or self-aware I tried to be, I couldn’t outrun the patterns underneath.

It wasn’t until I learned how to actually work with my nervous system through breathwork, somatic awareness, and mindset training that things finally started to click.

Breathwork didn’t just make me calmer.

It made me a better athlete, a more present human, and someone who could finally lead from peace instead of pressure.

No matter how hard I pushed, I couldn’t outrun the patterns underneath.

The moment everything changed

When my mum was diagnosed with a terminal illness, everything I thought I knew about strength was tested.

In the middle of that storm, breathwork became my lifeline.

It gave me clarity when my mind was foggy.
It gave me connection when I felt completely alone.


It gave me the courage to stay present instead of checking out.

When I lost my mum in January 2025, I made her a promise:

To take the pain that broke me and turn it into something that could help heal others.

That promise became Combat Breathwork Solutions.

Strength isn’t built in the easy moments. It’s built in the moments you choose to stay present through.

What I believe

I believe healing is not about becoming perfect.

It’s about becoming real. Grounded. Clear. Honest. Unshakable.

I believe people don’t need more noise. They need tools that help them understand what’s really driving their patterns.

I believe breathwork is more than a calming technique. It’s a way to reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system, and build a different way of living.

I believe real growth asks for honesty, responsibility, and the willingness to face what hurts instead of constantly running from it.

This work is not for people looking for a quick fix.

It’s for people who are ready to do the work.
