Who am I?
For over two decades, I worked in the social housing sector, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness.
I dedicated my career to helping people rebuild their lives securing stable housing, accessing resources, and finding hope when things felt completely hopeless.
That chapter taught me everything about resilience, humanity, and what it truly means to start over.
But as my life evolved, so did my purpose.
Today, I’m a certified Breathwork, NLP, and Performance Coach, helping people heal from the inside out. I work with people who’ve tried everything from navigating addiction, chronic pain, mental health struggles, and unresolved trauma, but still feel stuck in cycles of stress, burnout, or self-sabotage.

My approach blends breathwork, nervous system work, and mindset training giving you tools for clarity, focus, and freedom beyond medication and quick fixes.
I’m bringing a grounded, holistic perspective built from both lived experience and professional training.
For most of my life, I didn’t know I had severe ADHD.
I battled addiction, major depression, anxiety, unhealthy coping, and buried trauma — all while trying to perform as an athlete and keep my life from falling apart.
On the outside, it looked like I was “handling it”. On the inside, it was chaos.
So, I did what high-functioning people do when they’re falling apart:
🥊🔥 Trained harder
💻⏰ Worked more
📚🧠 Read all the self-help books
✍🏼📓 Journaled every day
✨🧭 Tried to live with “purpose”
But my nervous system was running the show.
No matter how fit, focused, or disciplined I tried to be, I couldn’t outrun the patterns underneath.
It wasn’t until I learned how to actually work with my nervous system. Through breathwork, somatic awareness, and mindset training; those things, finally started to click.
Breathwork didn’t just make me calmer. It made me a better athlete, a more present human, and someone who could finally lead from peace instead of pressure.

When my mum was diagnosed with a terminal illness, everything I thought I knew about strength was tested.
In the middle of that storm, breathwork became my lifeline.
It gave me clarity when my brain was foggy.
It gave me connection when I felt completely alone.
It gave me the courage to stay present instead of checking out.
When I lost my mum in January 2025, I made her a promise:
To take the pain that broke me and turn it into something that could heal others.

That promise is the backbone of everything I do now.
Combat Breathwork Solutions is for the ones who’ve been through hell and are ready to come back stronger.
It’s for the ones who are done running from pain, from themselves, from the truth.
For the ones who are ready to stop numbing, stop avoiding, and start doing the work.
This space isn’t for quick fixes or comfort zones.
It’s for people willing to:
Face the hard stuff head-on
Breathe through the discomfort
Meet the version of themselves waiting on the other side
Because healing isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming real. Grounded. Unshakable.
That’s why Combat Breathwork Solutions exists.
To remind you that your strength isn’t built in the easy moments, but in the ones, you choose to stay present through.
You’re not broken you’re becoming.
Your mindset & breath will lead the way.
If you’ve read this far, chances are something in you recognises this:
You’ve tried doing it “the normal way” and it’s not cutting it anymore
You’re tired of numbing out, burning out, or pretending you’re fine
You don’t want fluffy affirmations — you want real tools and real change
You’re ready to be called forward, not coddled
If that’s you, the next step isn’t another book, another podcast, or another “I’ll start next month”.
The next step is a conversation.
Before we work together, we start with a 30-minute call.
No hard sell. No pressure. Just:
Where you’re at
What you’re dealing with
What you actually want
Whether we’re the right fit to work together
If it’s a yes on both sides, I’ll walk you through the next steps and how we can work together.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly — and where possible, point you in a better direction.
